In addition to color sealing we remove & re-caulk all bathroom shower and tub surrounds as part of the process in restoring bathrooms to like new condition! All shower pans are re grouted using color seal in the grout mix! We will re-grout anywhere its needed, and replace broken tiles if available.

• 2nd bathroom with tub surround and floor only $575.00

• Two wall shower with knee wall & pan re-grout is $550.00

• Three wall shower with pan re-grout is $600.00
|
• Add a ceiling to any shower color seal is an additional $ 100.00
|
• A 1/2 bath floor is $200.00.
