Grout Line Solutions prides itself on being an exceedingly
consumer-friendly company to do business with.

We offer an annual service program to our customers to ensure the easy
maintenance and long term beauty of tile surfaces treated and protected by our product.

Participants in the maintenance program receive the following:

1. Maintenance Cleaner Solution Concentrate: Cleaning products with high acidity and/or alkalinity (which includes most home floor cleaning products) WILL degrade the Grout Line sealant and cause it to dull and possibly discolor. We DO NOT warrant our product against damage caused by use of such caustic cleaners. The Maintenance Cleaner Solution is a ph neutral cleaner that cleans without dulling or degrading the sealant. It is the ONLY product approved for use on floors treated with Grout Line Solutions’ sealant. We provide one quart (a value of $14.95) for surface areas 100 sq.ft or under, and one gallon (a value of $29.95) for surface areas above 100 sq. ft. Simply dilute 4 ounces of the concentrate into a gallon of water or (1 oz per quart). Additional Maintenance Cleaner can be purchased by calling 1-866-33-GROUT.

2. Yearly Inspection and Treatment: We will return to your home annually to inspect, clean and buff floors treated with our sealant and covered under this Agreement. If any area(s) has become stained, discolored or damaged, we will reapply the Grout Line sealant in the affected area(s) at no additional charge. This Agreement does NOT cover broken or missing tiles or grout. Our office will contact you to schedule your annual maintenance appointment.

The annual cost for this maintenance and warranty program is 25% of the original application cost. This agreement must be renewed annually. The customer must enroll in this program at the time of original purchase or application of our product. Purchases made after this time will be priced upon inspection of the areas to be covered and may be significantly higher.
